Hype Sticker Pack Giveaway Terms & Conditions

- This giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or older at the time of entry, for anyone younger will need to seek permission from their parent/guardian and supply their details.

- Employees of the giveaway organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Conditions
- Only one sticker pack will be allowed per household. Multiple entries from the same household will be disqualified.

- Entries must be submitted as specified by the organiser to qualify for the giveaway.

3. Hype Sticker Pack Distribution
- The sticker pack will be sent via regular post (untracked mail) to the address provided by the entrant.

- The organiser is not responsible for the delivery of the sticker pack once it has been dispatched.

- The organiser does not take responsibility for any lost, damaged, delayed, or misdirected mail. If the sticker pack does not arrive, no replacement will be provided.

- Please allow up to 30 days for the delivery of the Hype sticker pack.

4. Limitation of Liability

- By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree that the organiser and its agents, affiliates, and representatives will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising out of or in connection with the giveaway, the prize, or its use.

- The organiser will not be responsible for any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletion, or any technical malfunction affecting the participation in the giveaway or delivery of the sticker pack.

5. General Conditions
- The organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice due to reasons beyond its control or in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions.

- The decision of the organiser regarding any aspect of the giveaway is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

- Personal data provided in connection with this giveaway will be used only for the purpose of administering this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for the delivery of the sticker pack.
