Statement regarding recent order issues

We would like to apologise to all of our customers who have experienced delays in their orders and the unsatisfactory customer services recently. We have been in the process of bringing production of our retail range in-house following problems with external production. Our in-house service is now up and running and will be faster and more efficient from now on. We have also experienced problems with Royal Mail and our delivery service, and we will be resolving these issues in the New Year.

We would like to assure all of our customers that outstanding deliveries will be made this week by next day courier serivce.
